We are looking for a Prescribing Practice Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a forward-thinking and collaborative general practice.What our client has to offer?

You'll be responsible for delivering integrated nursing care to our patient population, including:
- Health promotion and long-term condition management clinics
- Immunisations (including travel), cervical cytology, wound care, ear syringing
- Clinical assessment and decision-making
- Contributing to QOF, audits, and NHS action plans
- Emergency care response
Essential Qualifications & Training
- NMC-registered General Nurse
- Cervical cytology & travel vaccination trained
- Evidence of higher education (degree/diploma) and CPD
- Non-medical prescribing qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience, empathy, and a calm, professional manner
- Ability to work flexibly and independently
- Computer literacy and adaptability to various systems
