An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Brislington this September. This is a full-time classroom role, teaching a vibrant Reception class, with the possibility of taking on EYFS Lead responsibilities for the right candidate.The school is looking for a passionate practitioner who understands the importance of a strong start in a child’s educational journey and is committed to delivering high-quality early years provision.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS frameworkCreate a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive classroom environmentWork collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionalsMonitor and assess pupil progress to ensure all children achieve their potential(If EYFS Lead) Lead and develop the EYFS provision across the school, supporting colleagues and driving continuous improvementThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Recent experience teaching in EYFS, ideally in a Reception settingA strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood developmentA creative, reflective and child-centered approach to teachingExcellent communication and organisational skills(Desirable) Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing into an EYFS leadership roleWhat the School Offers:A supportive and collaborative team of staff and senior leadersWell-resourced classrooms and a strong focus on early years educationOpportunities for career development, including leadership responsibilitiesA caring and inclusive school communityIf you would like more information on the role, then get in touch today or send a CV to karl.humphrey@teachingpersonnel.com
