This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of a teacher. You will be a vital part of the school's daily operations, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.   • Experience working with young people, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising classes and ensuring students are on task and engaged.
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
  • Providing clear instructions and support to students as they work.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members.
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Ensuring all resources and materials are prepared and used effectively.
  • Following the school's safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
  • Leaving the classroom tidy and ready for the next lesson.
  • Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress and any issues encountered.
