Do you have previous sales ledger and purchase ledger experience and Foundation AAT? A local firm are seeking an Accounts Assistant to work across different companies to support the different areas of the business and different tasks within finance including:What will the Accounts Assistant be doing?
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Creating weekly and monthly sales invoices to customers
  • Entering payments from customers onto the system
  • Entering purchase ledger invoices from suppliers
  • Arranging payment of invoices on BACS run
  • Processing staff and contractor Expenses
  • Credit Control
  • Prepare and check payroll requests.
What do you need to apply for the Accounts Assistant role?
  • AAT
  • Positive attitude, motivated and team player who has good eye for detail
  • Experience in finance
  • Knowledge of CIS, reverse charge vat
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are required for this role
  • Must drive rural location
