Shifts are between Monday and Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 - we can be flexible on the days worked and shift times. Salary: This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary of £28,247 - £32,346 (FTE) - depending on experience. How will we support you?Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training courseCompetency frameworkRegional and national career development opportunitiesOur bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needsSupport from the wider teamCandidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checksMain duties of the jobAs our new Admin Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead a team of 3 Administrators plus 1 Porter, ensuring that the healthcare team are fully supported
  • Provide admin support to the senior team onsite, including the Head of Healthcare, Business Manager etc
  • Support the senior team with meetings - attending to take minutes, arranging diaries etc
  • Implement processes to improve access to healthcare
  • Liaise with internal and external healthcare teams, including hospitals, and community providers
  • Support with the recruitment and HR processes
  • Work with the clinical team to improve the overall service

  • Have admin experience, ideally within healthcare or a prison setting
  • Ideally have experience of leading / managing a team - this isn't essential
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Excel,

  • Any experience of using a healthcare system (such as SystmOne) would be beneficial
