Your role is all about creating exceptional customer experience within the FS8 framework.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsibility for coaching world class sessions to the membership base.
  • Relentlessly executing the highest levels of customer service.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of studios and changing rooms.
  • Monitoring the quality of studio equipment.
  • Ensuring daily checklists are complete and reported.
  • Participating in external duties regarding events.
