We're Looking For:
  • Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, SEMH, etc.)
  • A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support
  • A team player ready to contribute to a trauma-informed environment
  • Ideally, a Level 2 or higher qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in education or therapeutic support
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to commute to Kempston
  • Commitment to a long-term, term-time role
