- A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support

- Ideally, a Level 2 or higher qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in education or therapeutic support
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to commute to Kempston
