This role offers a unique chance to work with a long-established and highly respected firm situated in the heart of Manchester city centre.This studio is renowned for its stellar reputation, regularly featuring in the AJ100 rankings and boasting one of the most enviable portfolios in the North of England. Their impressive body of work over the past decade within the Residential and Commercial sectors is widely recognised and admired.The successful candidate will benefit from mentorship, guidance, and a clear, unrestricted path to Senior and Associate levels. Several members of the current Senior team began their careers in Architect/Project Architect roles and have swiftly ascended the ranks, now playing an integral part in the business structure in Manchester. Initially, this Project Architect role will involve taking a lead-design position on high-rise Residential, Hotel, and Commercial projects.Qualifications / Experience Required:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification.
- ARB/RIBA Chartered (Minimum 3 years post-qualification).
- UK-based experience.
- Core experience within the Residential & Commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in REVIT.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £37,000 to £42,000.
