The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Senior Platform Professional Services Consultant responsible for the planning, deployment, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications. The Senior Platform Consultant role requires a wide range of technical skills such as knowledge of cloud security best practices, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, scripting, and infrastructure as code.The Senior Platform Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization, and follow-on support for the CrowdStrike cloud modules & applications including Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM).What You'll Do:Deployment and Operations activities may include:Provide technical expertise related to implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and associated applications/modulesSupport modification of scripts to deploy Falcon Cloud Security solutions with Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation and TerraformTroubleshoot customer deployment issues across small to large enterprisesUtilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologiesDevelop scripts and processes around Falcon sensor deploymentPlan and report software deployment statusWork closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teamsProvide mentorship and guidance to the Platform Professional Services team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementConduct training sessions to promote the adoption of cloud platform best practices across the organizationLeveraging CrowdStrike applications to support customers in vulnerability and asset managementAssist customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing toolsSupport both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon modules, internal tools, and scripts required for collection of dataWork closely and collaboratively with Platform Professional Services team to lead educational series for the Falcon Cloud Security and related applicationsFacilitate working relationship between product, engineering, and other cross-functional teamsExamples of projects include:Guiding customers that want to deploy (Falcon) agents to ECS Fargate or Google Cloud Run.Guiding customers deploying Falcon Helm charts or Operators to Kubernetes clusters.Helping customers to integrate Falcon (CSPM) with AWS accounts, GCP projects, or Azure tenants with Bash, Terraform or APIsAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeWhat You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 5+ years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment, as well as experience with the following:Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCPExtensive knowledge of at least one public cloudExtensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologiesStrong knowledge of CSPMExpertise in Linux administration and usage of CLIExtensive experience scripting with PythonProficiency Windows, Mac, and Linux platformsComprehensive customer facing consulting experienceStrong proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsBroad experience in overall cloud, computer, and network systems securityExceptional problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problemsResults driven, self-starter with high level of motivationExcellent time management with the ability to lead multiple customer engagementsSome experience in the following areas preferred:Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCIContainer: EKS, AKS, GKE, ECS, OpenShift, DockerRegistry: ECR, GCR, ACR, JFROG Artifactory, Docker Hub, Red Hat OpenShiftOperating Systems: Windows, Linux, MacScripting: PowerShell, Bash, BatchDeployment: Terraform, CloudFormation, HelmDevelopment: GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, including knowledge of code and repository management best practicesCloud Platform and DevOps certifications a plus#LI-GT1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
