If this resonates with you, then our Resourcing Advisor role could be the next exciting chapter in your career.What's it all about?Part of the resourcing team providing end to end direct recruitment support to our Maintenance hiring managers. The role will manage vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews, using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time to hire KPIs. We call this “Better Me”.Who will this appeal to?You will have at least 6 months recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency environment. Previous experience recruiting for maintenance positions would be great but not a deal breaker.Working in this fast paced environment, you will need good time management, planning and organisational skills and work to exceed targets. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels. Experience of stakeholder engagement and building business relationships across different departments within a service capacity is very important.What are the extra benefits of working for Travelodge?
