ProCook is on the lookout for a number of part time Sales Advisors to join our new store due to open in The Beacon Centre, Eastbourne in September !We have opportunities for 30hrs, 18hrs, and 12hrs contracts based in our upcoming store in Whitefriars Shopping Centre Canterbury.About the Role:
As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will play a key role in creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. Whether they are seeking the latest culinary gadgets or essential kitchen staples, you'll be the go-to expert to guide them on their journey.Your Daily Duties:
  • Welcome and assist customers, helping them find the perfect products for their needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide product recommendations.
  • Process transactions efficiently and handle customer inquiries and returns.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for kitchenware and cooking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
