THE PRACTICE A leading Channel Islands private practice law firm

THE PROPOSITION
Corporate Associate solicitor now required to work in the London office of this leading Channel Islands hedquartered law firm. The successful candidate will have London City experience and ideally some off-shore expertise. Funds experience would also be an advantage but not essential. Must have a strong background in Corporate M&A banking transactions, but not pure banking. Along with technical skills, it is essential that candidates have excellent communication and team working skills. An excellent opportunity to join a leading international off-shore law firm.
