- Manage a varied caseload of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients across civil and commercial disputes.
- Handle contentious probate matters, professional negligence claims, TOLATA disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, property disputes, company law matters, consumer and commercial contracts, and employment-related disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and support on complex cases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and client communications.
- Actively engage in networking and business development activities to promote the firm's services and attract new clients.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation and dispute resolution.
- Qualified solicitor with 2-10 years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling a diverse range of civil and commercial disputes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- IT literate, with proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for networking and business development.
