  • Previous Head Chef experience in a comparable fine dining, seasonal kitchen
  • Strong understanding of modern Scottish and British cuisine
  • Passion for hyper-local, sustainable sourcing
  • Calm, professional leadership style; able to manage and inspire a small team
  • Solid kitchen management skills - rota planning, compliance, ordering, budgeting
  • Looking for a long-term move to a remote, lifestyle-oriented location
  • Moderate lifestyle preferred
