- Plan and oversee IT and software development projects from conception through delivery
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution
- Manage project scope, timelines, and risks
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks and blockers quickly
- Manage and control budgets controlling expenditures to align with financial goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Track progress using tools like Jira and MS Project
- Drive sprint planning, retrospectives and agile ceremonies where applicable
- Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders, including executive-level reporting
- Ensure documentation, compliance and quality standards are met
- Ensure all projects adhere to best practices, integrating robust security measures and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Champion continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
- Creation of project reports tailored to target audiences providing an overview of project status, assessment of progress, upcoming key milestones and identification of potential issues and risk mitigations.
- Proven experience in IT or software project management
- Proven success managing SaaS or software development projects, ideally in B2B or security/fraud-tech environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Cloud/SaaS platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira)
- PMP, Scrum Master or similar certification is a plus
- Experience working with engineering and infosec teams a big advantage
