Job Description:A quick look at the roleAs the Finance Systems Analyst, you will support the enhancement and maintenance of Biffa's ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations). You will assist in system configuration, testing, and upgrades, while contributing to data integration, analytics, and finance processes..Your core responsibilities
  • Support functional experts across finance modules (P2P, S2C, Fixed Assets, Leases, R2R).
  • Assist in day-to-day finance system operations in line with service design and SLAs.
  • Help troubleshoot functional issues and support resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT and configuration teams to optimize system performance.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and patch testing.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Work with the Finance System Accountant and BI Analytics team to support data management practices.
  • Help ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Assist in maintaining the Finance Business Glossary and communicating updates.
  • Support data analysis to enhance financial insights.
  • Contribute to dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools.
.Our essential requirements
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX2012
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Awareness of SQL Server, Azure, and Office 365 is desirable
  • Exposure to data migration, system integration, or testing
