We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee our facility in Walsall. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong background in dementia care and home management.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the residential home to ensure the highest standards of care and service.
- Oversee the implementation and management of personalized care plans for residents, with a focus on dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff members to achieve their full potential.
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient operation of the home.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and staff.Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in home management within a residential care setting.
- (Required) Specialized skills and experience in dementia care.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in the care sector.Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or related field.
