You will be supporting and guiding your team making sure that the work carried out is in line with the quality standards whilst encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, safety and accountability within the team.Utilising ProIV manage the maintenance system making sure all work and repairs are documented. Also creating orders using ProIV.Prioritising tasks for the team to ensure targets are achieved, attending relevant meetings, issuing any key information to team members, as well as demonstrating continuous improvement methodology.
