- Engage and Inspire: Deliver interactive and tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of your students, fostering an exciting and accessible learning environment.
- Foster Positive Behavior: Implement effective classroom management strategies, ensuring a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Inclusive Learning: Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, creating an inclusive classroom for all students.
- Individualised Support: Monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
- Organised Classroom Management: Efficiently manage classroom resources to ensure smooth lesson delivery and maximise student engagement.
- Clear Communication: Maintain open communication with students, teachers, and school staff to create a seamless flow of support and information.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adjust to the changing needs of different schools and classrooms to ensure the best possible learning experience for students.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (essential)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred, but not essential
- Proven experience working with primary-aged children
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to various teaching environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced school setting
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Availability to work on short notice and willingness to travel across Berkshire
