Elveden Farms Ltd (“EFL”) is a family-owned large farming and property business based at the Elveden Estate in Suffolk.Due to the retirement of the two existing NEDs later this year, EFL is looking to recruit two new NEDs one with farming and estate management expertise and the other with financial management expertise.This is an exciting opportunity to join the Board of a successful company, which owns a portfolio of diversified operations running in a mutually beneficial way.Candidates should have a suitable and successful track record in senior management in their area of expertise and ideally have previous NED experience with family-owned businesses. The NED with financial management expertise, will ideally have previous exposure to agriculture, but this is not essential. An accountancy qualification is required.A competitive NED fee will be offered for a time commitment of approximately 8 days a year, with Board meetings being held four times a year at Elveden.Our recruitment pack has further details about the roles and our organisation.
