Role: Police Station Paralegal
Location: Manchester
Salary: DOEG2 Legal are pleased to be instructed by a Legal500 Top Tier Law Firm on its search for an ambitious Criminal Defence Paralegal, to join its established team in Manchester.
The firm are renowned as a leading specialist within Criminal Defence, having built a very impressive reputation for over 30 Years, delivering exceptional services to clients.Due to an influx in work demands, the firm now has an opening for an accredited Police Station Representative to join the team offering great exposure to high-profile work.Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients being interviewed under caution across an array of offences
  • Attend Police Stations across Manchester
  • Manage a caseload of Crown Court matters
  • Assist the wider team on high value, high-profile matters
  • Conduct legal administrative duties and file management
  • Liaise with Barristers
Requirements:
  • Must have a UK Driving License
  • Hold a fully accredited Police Station Representative Qualification
  • Prior experience as a Police Station representative
  • Have strong understanding in Criminal Law
  • LLB (Not compulsory but desired)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team spirit with the initiative to work independently as required
