Payroll Manager

• Own our global payroll – UK, Canada, Australia, Spain, Austria, France, Italy, USA, Singapore, and more – using platforms like Papaya, Deel, Justworks, and IRIS.
• Stay ahead of legislation – guiding local payroll compliance changes and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Manage reward cycles – from Annual Salary Review to quarterly bonus pool reporting and accurate bonus processing.
• Lead our share schemes – including LTIP and SAYE management, data accuracy, nominations, launches, and vesting.
• Oversee benefits – flexible benefits platforms, PMI, pensions, loans, renewals, and taxable benefit reporting.
• Keep us on budget – delivering real-time payroll vs. budget reports and quarterly analysis with Finance.

• An eye for detail that borders on perfectionist (in a good way!).
• Advanced Excel skills – you can wrangle data like a pro.
• Organised, methodical, and calm under pressure.
• A natural problem-solver with a logical approach.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence working across multiple countries, cultures, and platforms.
