  • Plan and execute lessons in core subjects such as maths, science, reading and writing in line with national curriculum.
  • Assess and track student progress through observations, assignments and tests.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding student progress and needs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and development.
Skills and experience required:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Hold a current DBS or are willing to apply for a DBS.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
