We’re hiring a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to join a trusted and ever-growing FM provider in a well-established hospital site in South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys hands-on work within a team and access to regular overtime, all without the demands of travelling between sites!
The successful Static Air Conditioning Engineer will be:
- Completing service and maintenance of VRV/VRF and split air conditioning systems.
- Brazing and silver soldering pipework for chillers.
- Working as part of an on-site team of 10.
- Working Monday-Friday, with regular and optional overtime available.
- On a basic salary up to £45,000 + 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Overtime.
- F-Gas Category 1 (2079).
- Solid experience in air conditioning service and maintenance.
- Pipework welding/soldering experience (preferred).
- To be based within commuting distance of South East London.
