- Extensive technical knowledge over a range of disciplines including Digital Infrastructure, HR, Finance
- Evidence of further development and or education and training
- Significant experience at a senior management level within an ICT/Digital environment
- Track record of achievement at a management level
- Experience of successfully planning, monitoring and controlling projects using a structured methodology (e.g. PRINCE2)
- Proven track record of technical innovation and implementation
- Detailed experience and knowledge of the procurement process and business case development
- Experience in handling highly complex digital infrastructure issues within a large organisation
- Experience of managing large capital and revenue budgets
- Leadership, coaching and management skills
- Ability to lead by example and influence others
- Ability to analyse complex information from various sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to motivate and maintain high performing teams
- Proven track record of problem solving in a project management environment
