A welcoming and supportive primary school in Sale, Trafford is looking to appoint a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to support a child on a one-to-one basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in education who is looking for a long-term role, with the possibility of joining the school's team permanently. About the Role: The role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them to engage in the classroom and reach their full potential. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and encourage learning, confidence, and positive behaviour.
