- Main duties of the role will include servicing, diagnosis and repairs
- Working in accordance with brand and dealership processes.
- Liaising directly with customers where appropriate.
- Providing support and mentoring to less experienced colleagues ensuring they are trained and up to date in their skills and knowledge of processes and repairs.
- Share knowledge and expertise.
- Ensuring that the immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous work experience in a franchise dealership is always an advantage but by no means essential
- Ability to work as part of a team effectively and cohesively
- Commitment to delivering first class customer service.
- Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
