Finishing Operative Wanted!Are you ready to join a dynamic team in Staveley? Our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic Finishing Operatives to play a crucial role in their production process. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with the potential for a permanent position based on performance!What You'll Do:
  • Conduct quality control checks on cartons to ensure they meet standards.
  • Pack the required count of cartons into boxes with precision.
  • Manage pallet organisation, ensuring the correct quantity is maintained.
  • Transport pallets around the production floor and into the warehouse efficiently.
  • Remove waste and empty cartons from pallets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Pay & Hours:
  • Hourly Rate: £12.21
  • Contract Type: Temp to Perm
  • Working Pattern: Full Time
Shifts:Week 1:
  • Monday to Thursday: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm (20-min break)
  • Friday: 5:30 am - 11:00 am (10-min break)
Week 2:
  • Monday to Thursday: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm (20-min break)
  • Friday: 11:00 am - 4:30 pm (10-min break)
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail for quality control.
  • Experience in packing and warehouse operations is a plus!
  • Ability to manage pallets and maintain organisation.
  • A proactive approach to housekeeping and safety.
