- Security & Emergency Preparedness - Strong knowledge of security practices, legislation, and emergency response protocols, with the ability to train others in best practices.
- People Development & Mentoring - Ability to assess training needs, coach individuals, and promote a culture of continuous professional development.
- Communication & Presentation - Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create clear, accessible training materials.
- Organisational & Planning Skills - Experience in structuring and delivering group training, running exercises, and facilitating debriefs to drive improvements.
- Digital & Technical Proficiency - Confident in using Microsoft Office, digital training tools, and technology to enhance learning and service delivery.
