You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team.ABOUT YOUThe wellbeing of our residents will be your number one priority as a Head of Maintenance at Barchester you'll make sure all work is carried out with sensitivity to their needs.
