Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Civils industry. Minimum of 5 years in the Defence & Security sector. Existing client contacts with either Contractors or Primes within the Defence & Security sector. Demonstrable portfolio of successful pursuits and portfolio of completed projects in the Defence & Security sector. Proven track record of winning work with existing contacts. Proven track record of targeting and successfully bidding on work for new clients. In-depth knowledge of the Defence & Security sector. In-depth knowledge of the standards and regulations for Civils within the Defence & Security sector. Ability to obtain SC clearance. Experience working on USVF facilities
