- Creating & executing category strategies aligned to evoke commercial & product requirements in the gaming space
- Identification of value opportunities within the supplier and product landscape by partnering with key Product & Commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Delivering end to end Procurement activity across all relevant sub categories in both retail and digital domains - Being the subject matter expert for sourcing and negotiation disciplines.
- Developing a strong understanding of supply market forces, opportunities, threats, trends and regulation Ensuring compliance with Procurement policy, standards and market best practice
- Building productive relationships with key partners, working closely with Supplier Relationship Management team
- Experience in strategic sourcing & Gaming roles leading high value & complex deals/procurement initiatives. You'll have evidence of value delivery and commercial acumen, you'll work at pace, in conditions of ambiguity and across multiple workstreams
- Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills you'll be contractually literate and able to work closely with commercial legal business partners
- Numeracy skills and able to manipulate and drive insight from complex data sets Clear and concise communications skills
- Evidence of category/commercial experience in revenue based or gain share models, mobile/social gaming, digital platforms particularly beneficial. Experience in gaming, across the likes of Live Casino, Slots, table games, Poker. Understanding of the broader ESG agenda and the importance of addressing Scope 3 emissions within our supplier footprint.
