Our specialist advisory service to Water & Environment end clients is seeking Commercial professionals to join them on a hybrid/remote working basis, based out of Reigate.Key skills required for this roleWater, Wastewater, Environment, Commercial management, Quantity Surveying, NECImportantWater/environment experience essentialJob descriptionOur specialist advisory service to Water & Environment end clients is seeking Commercial professionals to join them on a hybrid/remote working basis, based out of Reigate.The company provide a range of consultancy/technical advisory services to clients including Water companies, the Environment Agency and local authorities. They are looking to speak to Cost Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers with a background working with Water and Environment end clients.These roles are permanent positions.Responsibilities
  • Successful candidates will be able to provide client side advisory services to support with the commercial management of packages of work delivered by Framework suppliers (Consultants and Contractors).
  • This includes contract management (NEC3/4 suite), stakeholder management, programme management etc
  • Projects consist of multi-disciplinary engineering environmental schemes or packages
Skills/experience/qualifications
  • Water industry background ideal
  • Background in a consultancy environment is essential
  • Degree qualified essential- civils/MEICA/Environment/Water related subject or quantity surveying/commercial management
  • Masters qualified an advantage
  • Chartered - MRICS etc
  • Open to being seconded into end client offices - locations will vary - company is Reigate based with fairly remote workforce
