Site Manager (Freelance) - Large Residential ProjectWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated freelance Site Manager to oversee a large, high-profile residential development in East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to manage all aspects of a major project, from initial groundworks to final completion.The Role:
  • Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring the project runs on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and oversee all on-site teams and subcontractors, maintaining a productive and safe working environment.
  • Implement and enforce all health and safety protocols and company regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
About you:
  • SMSTS, first aid, gold or black card
  • Full PPE (personal protective equipment)
  • Previous experience working on a construction site (Ideally commercial or residential)
