Supply Desk is working with a secondary school in Portsmouth to recruit a motivated and passionate Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position through to December 2025, with strong potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.Role Responsibilities:Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4.Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.Monitor student progress and provide feedback.Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities.Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.About the School:Mixed 11–16 secondary school in Portsmouth.Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.Supportive SLT and strong focus on staff development.Excellent transport links and modern facilities.Candidate Requirements:Degree in Geography or related field (essential).QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification (preferred).Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography.Strong communication and behaviour management skills.Enthusiasm for Geography and student development.What We Offer:
