Our Permanent Staffing Division is known for its consultative approach, deep market insight, and long-standing client relationships.We are now looking to grow our team with a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant who can take ownership of their own desk, develop new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of a permanent recruitment desk across a defined sector or geographical area.
- Proactively develop new business through client visits, networking, and tailored marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and consultative support.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge, cross-sell, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Proven track record in permanent recruitment, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong business development skills and a genuine passion for building client relationships.
- Confident communicator with a professional and consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
- Knowledge of the local employment market in Dudley and the Black Country is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence (for client visits).
