- Efficiently process and input large volumes of payroll data from multiple clients using specialised payroll software, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Support the accurate calculation and verification of employee net pay in accordance with current tax regulations and payroll legislation.
- Assist with mandatory reporting duties, including electronic submissions to government bodies and managing client payment obligations.
- Work closely with pension providers to facilitate automatic enrolment processes and adapt to ongoing regulatory updates.
- Ensure all payroll-related documentation and records are maintained thoroughly and updated regularly to uphold data accuracy and compliance.
- At least 2 yearsβ experience working within a payroll bureau or similar multi-client payroll environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-focused, high-volume environment without compromising accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering a positive client experience.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating payroll systems as well as standard office software.
- Motivated to continue learning and developing professionally, with openness to obtaining recognised payroll qualifications such as CIPP.
