  • Generating and converting market appraisals
  • Winning new sales instructions
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
  • Supporting the branch to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Assisting with business growth and maintaining client retention
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous experience in residential property sales
  • Proven ability to win new business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
  • Local knowledge of the Earley / Reading area preferred
  • Full UK driving licence essential
