Location: NorfolkWe are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management professional to take on the role of Senior Contract Performance Manager, overseeing operational delivery and performance management on a large, complex healthcare contract. This is a senior leadership position requiring exceptional FM expertise, commercial awareness, and strong contract management skills, ideally within a PFI environment.The RoleLead the management of a high-profile Facilities Management contract, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds KPIs and SLAsOversee contract performance reporting, audits, and compliance checks to maintain operational excellenceUtilise CAFM systems to analyse data, track performance, and support strategic decision-making for contract improvementsDrive efficiencies and continuous improvement across hard and soft FM services, ensuring compliance with statutory, healthcare, and PFI requirementsAct as a senior point of contact for client and stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and delivering service excellenceManage subcontractor performance, lifecycle planning, and operational transitions while maintaining commercial focusSupport contract mobilisation, change management initiatives, and ongoing operational strategy developmentProvide leadership and direction to operational teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and consistent delivery against contract obligationsTake responsibility for budget oversight, cost control, and delivering best value for both client and businessWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in Facilities Management with a strong track record in senior operational or contract management rolesSignificant background managing performance and compliance on large-scale FM contracts, ideally within PFI or healthcare sectorsHands-on experience with CAFM systems, reporting processes, and data analysis to support contract performanceExcellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at a senior levelCommercially astute with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and delivering operational efficiencies
