Join our team as a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting surgical and medical ward patients. In this role, you will:perform comprehensive clinical medication reviewsoptimise pharmacotherapy for complex surgical and medical inpatientsdeliver evidence-based pharmaceutical care to improve patient outcomeswork closely with consultants, junior doctors, nurses, and the wider MDTensure safe prescribing, supply, and administration of medicinesmaintain accurate, compliant patient recordsRequirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:a current and valid GPhC registrationsubstantial experience in an NHS hospital, covering surgical and medical wardsstrong clinical knowledge and medicines optimisation skillsexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsthe ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teama commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient careWorking Hours & Contract Duration:
