With a strong commitment to quality, transparency, and client satisfaction, every project benefits from Director-level involvement and stringent management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safe Contractor, Considerate Constructor Scheme).ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving strategic growth, nurturing client relationships, and expanding a high-impact portfolio of commercial interior and fit-out projects across sectors such as office, light industrial, education, hospitality, and life sciences. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and sector insight.
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with stakeholders-property developers, landlords, corporate clients, and consultants.
  • Presenting compelling, tailored end-to-end workspace solutions from concept to completion, emphasising design-led, turnkey delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with project delivery teams to align business strategies with operational excellence.
  • Leading pipeline management-from initial engagement through pitch, negotiation, and close.
  • Representing the company at industry forums and events to drive brand recognition and inbound enquiries.
This role offers exceptional flexibility, with the opportunity to work remotely most of the time, while attending the office and client meetings as needed in Surrey and surrounding areas.REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record in business development or senior sales roles-ideally in commercial interiors, office fit-out, workplace design, or fit-out project services.
  • A strong network within commercial property, development, or corporate real estate sectors.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate design-led fit-out value propositions and end-to-end service benefits.
  • Expertise in managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting and pitch through to deal closure.
  • Self-motivated and strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely yet remaining deeply engaged with delivery and leadership teams; ability to attend in-office or client meetings in Surrey or London when needed.
