- Degree qualification or working towards
- Chemotherapy delivery package/ including UCONS
- Non-Medical prescriber Qualification
- Counselling qualification/ level 2 psychology
- Knowledge of what matters to you and the Holistic Needs assessments and experience of responding in a person-centre way to the information to others
- Knowledge and understanding of the impact of cancer commonly experienced by those affected and their families.
- Knowledge of cancer treatments, interventions and terminology
- Commitment to continuous personal development for revalidation NMC
- Policies, practices and procedures e.g.NHS national policies, standards, requirements and directions that relate to measuring and improving the quality and safety of patient care
- Experience of working at band 5 in Acute Medicine in a Day Unit Setting and proven ability to take charge of the ward or department demonstrating effective leadership skills
- Experience of working with cancer patients
