This is a full-time position to start as soon as possible, with the intention of continuing into the 2025–2026 academic year and transitioning to a permanent contract.The school is looking for a confident and proactive HLTA to take ownership of PSHCE delivery across all year groups and provide high-quality classroom support. You will work across Key Stage 1 and 2, deliver whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher, and lead group interventions in core subjects.Key Responsibilities:Deliver PSHCE lessons across the schoolProvide whole-class cover when requiredLead small group interventions in English and mathsAssist in planning and assessing learning activitiesSupport pupils’ emotional wellbeing and personal developmentWork collaboratively with teachers and the wider school teamRequirements:HLTA qualification or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a primary school settingStrong understanding of PSHCE and its role in pupil development
