Arrange and book accessible venues across the county to ensure programmes are available to all service users.Facilitate groupwork sessions, supporting participants to explore and understand their experiences and identify warning signs of abuse.Coordinate programme schedules and assign qualified facilitators to each session.Support and train GDASS staff and partner agencies to co-facilitate group sessions.Manage referrals, assess suitability, and complete pre-programme assessments with participants.Carry out ongoing risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all attendees.Develop peer support opportunities post-programme to promote ongoing connection and recovery.Contribute to the design and adaptation of groupwork content, ensuring it remains trauma-informed and reflective of service user needs.Collect participant feedback and provide written reports for management and commissioners.Support the delivery of the GDASS Champion Network, including training and events for partner agencies.Assist in internal and external training sessions and presentations related to domestic abuse.Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed.
