This exciting locum opportunity is for 3 months, offering 37 hours per week on a full-time basis.   • Collaborate closely with the team manager to provide leadership and effective supervision to social workers
  • Manage a smaller caseload and engage directly with children and families with complex needs
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and work towards ensuring improved, consistent outcomes for children and young people
  • Mentor colleagues and students, sharing your knowledge and experience to enhance practice standards
  • Lead improvements and address the quality of social care practices within the team
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of professional social work practice
  • Deliver high-quality assessments to prevent any drift or delay for families
