
Health and Safety Data Analyst

- Collecting and managing all H&S data from across the business to produce regular reports, dashboards, and visualisations to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Helping to shape and refine reporting tools and processes, driving accurate and timely information for leadership review
- Handling and tracking CCTV footage requests related to incidents, maintaining compliance and confidentiality
- Recording and following up on incidents, supporting investigations and ensuring data accuracy to support preventative improvements
- Assisting with timely and accurate RIDDOR submissions and maintain supporting records
- Creating and maintaining professionally formatted, branded documents and templates, ensuring consistency across all safety-related materials and procedures
- Be proactive, analytical, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable working with confidential or sensitive data
- Have advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data cleaning)
- Have Microsoft Power BI knowledge (report creation, visual dashboards)
- Be familiar with PowerPoint (polished presentations and visuals)
- Be familiar with Microsoft Forms (form creation and data collection)
- IOSH Managing Safely is advantageous but not essential
