- Working closely with the R & D team on the prioritised product roadmap based on data/analytics, customer feedback, competition, and stakeholder input
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Regular competitor analysis to ensure UX and UI constantly evolves to compete with the market leaders
- Owning and directing marketing research, strategy and execution, including directing Brand Ambassador/s
- Collaborating with the Social Media Specialist to deliver engaging social content
- Managing content generator/s
- Working with CRM team to roll out retention comms strategy
- Ensuring that the product and marketing is executed in compliance with market-relevant regulatory frameworks in collaboration with the Compliance and Legal teams
- Budget Management
- Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, buy-in and support from country teams
- Monthly reporting to key stakeholders to keep them informed of progress of the product
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- A very good understanding of the sports scoring market.
- Ability to conceptualise, discuss and present data, results, strategies, and marketing proposals internally and externally.
- Business level written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable working under pressure.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
- Significant experience of working with a range of teams, developing strong relationships including product developers, legal and compliance and marketing personnel
- Excellent analytical skills with strong written communication and presentational skills
- Excellent product, marketing and industry knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience in the sports marketing industry
- Previous experience in a regulated industry, preferably gaming
