You'll play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining project schedules across a dynamic portfolio. If you thrive on structure, love working with people, and have a knack for balancing timelines, risks, and resources - we'd love to hear from you.This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders will be just as important as your technical skills.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage resourced, time-phased project schedules across multiple projects
  • Create and maintain risk-adjusted schedules and conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost, schedule, and scope data
  • Track performance, identify delays or deviations, and develop mitigation plans
  • Facilitate baseline change control and produce "what-if" scenarios
  • Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against schedule
  • Integrate Agile and Waterfall plans into overarching programme schedules
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to support visibility, control, and decision-making
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in project planning/scheduling
  • Practical knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, and baseline change control
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or Asta Powerproject
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and cost estimation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • SC Clearance eligible (or currently cleared) and right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or similar
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments or with government/regulated clients
