  • Acting as the first point of contact for lettings applicants
  • Matching applicants with suitable properties based on their needs
  • Booking and conducting property viewings with professionalism and warmth
  • Creating compelling and accurate property listings
  • Providing landlords with regular feedback and market updates
  • Negotiating rental deals that benefit both tenants and landlords
  • Using your knowledge of the local market to advise clients effectively
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement
