- Supervising and co-ordinating activities of sales staff.
- Ensure maximum direct selling time.
- Effective handling of all sales enquiries.
- Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focussed and adopt a structured approach.
- Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe.
- Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on:
- Prospecting, customer follow-up and closing deals
- Time management.
- Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record.
- A hands on leader and financially aware
- Ability to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills
- Motor Industry experience is preferable
- Ability to work to timescales effectively
- Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
- Strong industry knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
